Program Overview

•n an effort to be better stewards of of our funds and increase our impact in the community, we are redesigning the Mission Christmas Project to better meet the needs of the women and children, and increase the reach and impact of the funds donated to help even more people. The new program will still be based on our original Mission Statement, but will be streamlined to better serve the women, and the staff at the Atlanta Mission. It will reduce costs, and focus more on the women & children's specific needs. It will eliminate the need for multiple teams at multiple locations, and enable all of the attendees to experience every facet of the program. It will promote a more intimate relationship with the women, and greater opportunity to make a personal difference in their lives. Though we will need less volunteers we encourage your participation.

• Set-up Team: set up refreshments, sound and seating.
• Food & Refreshments: We will have a team responsible for planning and providing baked goods and beverages for the women & volunteers at the reception.
• Entertainment: CATG Worship Team will perform.
• Departure Team: Pack up, clean up & say goodbye.

•:30am: Advance Team arrives to set up. Includes refreshments, childrens craft area, stage set-up & seating.
•:30am: Opening prayer, founder's greeting
•:50am: Christmas Performance by CATG worship team
•0:20am: Founders' personal statements
•0:40am: Present Gifts
•1:00am: Socialize
•1:25am: Thank you's to AM staff, closing statement & prayer.
•1:30am: Teardown & depart.

•ote: Any volunteers that would consider adopting a family to follow their progress and aid in the client's recovery & restoration, please contact our staff.
